After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return products to us.
If you would like to return products to us, please write to us briefly via our
Contact form hereat.

After the return has been announced to us by e-mail, you have 7 days to return your products
send back to us. Please do not send any products to us without first contacting us.

Our 30 days return guarantee is an extension of your return option
from 14 to 30 days. If you want to return your products within 30 days of receipt and you inform us beforehand, we will take the products back.

Please note that the entitlement to free product additions that may be added from a certain minimum order value expires in the event of a return. In this case, the free product must also be returned. Otherwise we reserve the right to deduct and retain the product value from the amount to be refunded.

Unfortunately, returns are no longer possible after 30 days.
